was founded in January 2000. Its genesis lies in Education Concepts
& Options Pvt. Ltd. (ECO) which is the off-line, back-end establishment
that has provided the impetus and support for its inception.
ECO is probably one of the most specialized education consultancies
in the world and has since its birth in October 1995, been instrumental
in placing over two thousand students in various educational institutions
all over the world. ECO has a formidable reputation for securing
admission for its students into institutions of the student's choice
with satisfactory financial aid packages, and a near 100% result
in securing student visas. In this sense, it has been responsible
for launching the careers of many students.
It is to keep abreast of the information revolution of today and

About The Promoters
Mr. Mohit Lalvani and Ms. Sonal Parekh, as the joint
managing director of Education Concepts and Options Pvt. Ltd. and
Education Match.com Pvt. Ltd., are equally responsible for the sustained
growth of Education Concepts and Options Pvt. Ltd., (ECO) and the
development of Education Match.com Pvt. Ltd.
Mohit Lalvani, after completing his 12th grade at the Cathedral
& John Connon School attended Richmond College in England where
he worked towards finishing his Bachelor's Degree in Business. He
transferred to Adelphi University in U.S.A. and completed his Bachelor's
Degree in Business in 1990. He was then offered a position with
Adelphi University in the International Admissions department during
which time he traveled extensively to recruit qualified students
from India. Two years later he accepted a job with The Adelphi University
Office of Financial Services where he mastered all aspects of financial
aid. During this period he added valuable inputs to the departments
of Academic Attainment, Alumni relations (including fund raising)
and the Provost's, Treasurer's, and President's offices. It was
he who advised the University to implement an alumni credit card
(American Express), which has become a successful fundraiser for
The University today.
He returned to India in 1995 to set up his own business of educational
services. He joined hands with Ms. Sonal Parekh who was already
in India and together they set up Education Concepts & Options Private
Limited (ECO), which has become one of the most well-reputed education
service firms worldwide.
In the summer of 2000, Mr. Lalvani served as a volunteer instructor
for the 'World Young Leaders summit' which is a program conducted
by Presidential Classroom at Georgetown University.
Sonal Parekh after finishing her 12th Grade in Bombay, proceeded
to the U.S. to Temple University one of the leading national universities
of the U.S., where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business
Management & Human Resource Management in 1991. At the Temple University,
she worked as a researcher with the Institute of Survey Research,
conducting research for important organizations such as the NASA.
The Penn Hurst Medical Group, one of the premier recruitment companies,
then recruited her for Medical Professionals in the Northeast region
of the United States. She traveled extensively in the U.S. to meet
and recruit professionals for the various medical facilities. During
her tenure there, she was instrumental in developing and implementing
various strategies to effectively recruit the medical professionals
for all the positions contracted by the company.
She returned to India in 1992, to establish her own consulting
firm and in 1995, she merged her operations with Mr. Mohit Lalvani
to start Education Concepts and Options Pvt. Ltd.
